Areas of practice:
Maria deals with all types of property transactions with a specialist interest in Personal Injury Trust purchases. Maria's role is one of co-ordinator throughout the transaction which involves managing the co-operation and communication between all parties (including trust practitioners, litigation solicitors, architects and project managers).
Maria works with each professional individually to ensure that all the differing needs of the client are met in these highly complex transactions. Uniquely drafted contracts to purchase are prepared when planning permission is required. This is undertaken prior to completion.
